Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ShareMyInternet application and website ("Service") operated by Ambition Forge Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India ("Company", "we", "us").

By installing the app or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be a resident of India with a valid bank account or UPI ID for payouts.
• You must have lawful authority over the device and internet connection you use with the Service.

ShareMyInternet allows you to share a portion of your unused internet bandwidth with our network. Our customers use this bandwidth as a residential proxy service for legitimate business purposes including web scraping, ad verification, market research, and brand protection.

When you enable sharing, a small proxy server runs on your device that routes our customers' traffic through your internet connection. Your own browsing and personal traffic are never accessed, monitored, or routed through our systems.

• Use the Service only on devices and internet connections you own or are authorised to use.
• Do not attempt to manipulate bandwidth metrics, referral systems, or earnings through artificial means.
• Do not run the Service on VPNs, VPS instances, or data centre connections. Only residential and mobile connections are permitted.
• Keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

• You earn at the rate displayed in the app for each GB of bandwidth shared. Rates may change with 7 days' notice.
• The minimum payout threshold is ₹100. Payouts are processed via UPI within 24 hours of a valid request.
• We reserve the right to withhold or reverse payouts in cases of fraud, artificial traffic generation, or Terms violations.
• You are solely responsible for any taxes applicable to your earnings.

We actively filter and block traffic routed through the network. The following are prohibited and blocked at the network level:

• Spam, phishing, malware distribution, and illegal content
• SMTP (email), DNS tunnelling, and peer-to-peer traffic
• DDoS attacks, credential stuffing, and any form of cyberattack
• Access to sanctioned destinations or circumvention of export controls

We maintain network-level controls including port blocking, rate limiting, and domain filtering. If prohibited traffic is detected originating from a proxy customer, we terminate their access immediately.

You are not responsible for the content of traffic routed through your device by our proxy customers. We assume responsibility for vetting customers and filtering traffic.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability to you is limited to the unpaid earnings balance in your account at the time of any claim.

• You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app. Any unpaid earnings above the minimum threshold will be paid out.
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or at our discretion with reasonable notice.
• Upon termination, we will pay any legitimate earned balance within 30 days.

The ShareMyInternet app, website, branding, and underlying technology are owned by Ambition Forge Private Limited. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the app or email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
